​You do not need to decide what specific service.  You identify the goal; the issue to resolve, the desire.   
At the beginning of each session, I tap into your body and ask what processes would be most beneficial for what you are desiring to accomplish.  Several approaches will be utilized in an individual session.   
We not only identify what is needed, but also release/resolve these items during the session. If for any reason we cannot address during the session, we identify what your body needs to do so.
