There are many types of cleanses. Which ones you should use depends on your current health -- don't be too aggressive at first. Start with a food cleanse. For 7 to 28 days eat primarily fruits and vegetables. Eliminate; Eggs, dairy, corn, gluten, pork, soy, food additives, and food preservatives. And drink at least 12 oz of fresh water first thing every morning (yes before coffee). Add fresh squeezed lemon juice to the water for deeper cleansing.
